Doing free-hand circles is kinda hard... especially since the handle is straight (not those "pistol" ones), anyway, rough-cut the circles out with the plasma and then milled them clean on the rotary-table.

Also: seeing what you're doing can be hard when wearing welding mask even if it's automatic. I need to get some thinner metalstock to practise cutting with the plasma, the 8mm aluminum is both a bit hard to cut cleanly (thickness) and expensive to acquire.

Also this time I used washers to lift the workpiece about 2mm from the rotary table so I had more leeway with the vertical feed.

The fans mounted, the grooves on the underside fit (more or less) the fins on the heatsink of the Tesla-coil driver.
