@jal I think NFC will have #FutureStore advantages when the shopkeepers learn build to future stores. What do you think @paulswansen and @Ile ? I also agree with @Mitro that there is a hightech and hightouch component in how N9 has been received by international press. For years, Nokia has been the underdog, but now there is a genuine feeling for change in progress. Nokia isn't dead yet, but there's a huge challenge to become number one again. (...)

Building bridges to markets... @PaulSwansen A little step for the mankind but probably a bigger step for a B2B #FutureStore work in progress. This project was initated 2009 but the global depression made it difficult to proceed until this spring. I'm sorry to start in Finnish language but I'll open an English thread in June. The point is to build a network operation for a big company that needs a channel for products and services that can't be distributed through normal channles. The products are 30 k€ each and the optimal would be to have a network of 100 participants within a year. The sales potential is huge but 500 x 30 k€ = 15 mio € within a few years is possible. Technical services and customer support available through the COMPANY with global presence. I can't disclose the name yet, but wanted to tell that we Finns are slow and quiet but this thing could lead to a global network. Many details have to be worked out. Digital Villages could be organized as being the channel. (...)

Digitalisoituminen johtaa vääjäämättä siihen, että ideoinnista kaupankäyntiin vaiheet voidaan hoitaa verkossa (avoimesti, pilvessä, projektiputkissa), mutta suurin osa populasta on niin kiinni teollisen yhteiskunnan fyysisissä rakenteissa, että eteneminen on suunnatomatn hidasta.
