@Ile Yeah, Cisco has a number of good ideas for: futre store, learning, and corporate / enterprise UNIFIED COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION. The concepts of social media are understood within Cisco and they build the pipes and switches for future information flow. Telepresence requires a strong and fuctional infrastructure and Cisco is one of the companies working to make techie dreams come true. But they're not very close to the consumer, even though Apple "stole or snatched" the iPhone name from Cisco. I guess they agreed.
