@hyvaelama I'm finalicing a mission statement paper in Finnish language. Let's call it the Kouvola-paper. I'll send you a copy. There are things where I'd like to connect with TEM while the complexity of 1 to 10 MW Distributed Energy Concepts isn't about the CHP plants alone. There are questions like financing, planning, local energy entrepreneurship modeling, and how to transfer a successful community concept from Finnish tradition to Russia.

The first trap would be to adapt to existing traditions. That wouldn't work. We need a holistic strategy. We've to build several bridges, create a continuous RUSFIN dialog, but there is a potential of 10 000 plants waiting. Imagine if we only could get ten per cent. That could mean 4 times 1 000 = 4 000 Megawats. That's three nuclear power plants of biomass energy. We need to think big and start small. Russians would win as well while they could sell more oil and gas to Europe. It's a win-win game.

Petri Peltonen, TEM, is speaking about the need for us and EU to collect all our forces to boost innovation. I agree with that. Some of the challenges in the field of distributed energy concepts export are so big that SME's can't handle the complexity.
