@paulswansen You can use the ping for quick personalization of your comments. The comments can contain longer stories. This is different from Twitter. Here people talk a lot and I see this as a perfect platform for #OpenFinnovation. We do also have a #FutureStore -channel. These are in English language but with more transatlantic representation this will become more international.

@paulswansen Select a thread where you want to participate and start commenting. It should quickly become a many to many discussion.

@paulswansen Select friends to follow from the channels I suggested. The are all thinking about ways to use Social Media, Web 2.0 and interactive microblogs for improved innovation.

Thanks. I'll check this out more as is appears to be a great tool. Meanwhile, I'm off to the retail world this morning, 3 different Drug Stores, Pharmacy Stores, in one chain. All three are vastly different in their approach to sales and their location, as to how successful they are.

He will certainly bring in more people from the new continet. I hope we can create a transatlantic dialog about the future of #OpenFinnovation. There are tons of things we can develop with global collaboration. Qaiku is a great example of a superior platform that should not be forgotten in nationalistic trap. We've to open the doors towards Europe and the entire Globe.

Effective planning is central to business success. In the modern business environment technological developments and the advances of globalization have created unparalleled opportunities for businesses to expand their markets. But new opportunity has opened the door to new challenges.

Globalization is one of the reasons why social media and open innovation will have an increasing role in business planning and development, customer relationships, new products and services introduction. The "printed paper age" supported perfectly one to many "command and control communication" and mass marketing. Today, any new product invention starts with listening to your customers and your collaborative production eco-system. What do you think?
