@ubic @visualradio @pe3 @saarikko @Kitti @etc... To make Qaiku (and Finlland) one step more international let's
1) everyone invite 10 (OK, at least 5) international friends to join Qaiku for common development reasons
2) everyone uwrite here 5 (OK, at least 2,5) inspiring intl messages in English during this weekend - and send them by Q tools to Twitter and Facebook.

Finland isn't an isolated island but sole Finnish makes it look like one.

Inspiring international (OK, at least EU wide) interactivity!

@personaleu We need to define what the INTERNATIONALS are getting when they join Qaiku and start discussing with us.

1. Just socializing?
2. Do some business?
3. Create something together?

We should create an attractive story. There has to be a magnet, something that makes the Europeans to desire interaction with us. What could the average European be curious about us?

1. First, they know almost nothing about Finland
2. This is not the primary tourist destination
3. Our mobile might and ICT innovativeness in "game over"
4. Finland is a beautiful country is my biggest guess (thousand lakes, snow and lots of nature)

Politically Finland doesn't have almost any meaning. I feel sorry for our MEPs while they hope to do an important job. We're not actually even a part of Scandinavia. Iceland has something the Europeans need: Fish!

Our pulp an paper mills and technology providers had some momentum 20 to 30 years ago. Our image in Europe is very shallow and the masses don't mind about us for a second. We've to find special interest groups. Finland's possibilities are in narrow niches.

1. Where can we contribute?
2. Were are Finns really good?
3. We've to find the USP (unique sales proposition)

Everyone's own country is full of resources - and cooperation with people from other countriies brings a wider view to it - plus a greater sum of everything. "Anything I can do we can do better.".

We all are here to live our life. It's good to set so high challenges that they are worth living and trying. Maybe I can not reach all my goals. On the other hand: happiness is to do something that nobody believed you being able to. (Thiis was very bad English, but you still understood it, didn't you?)

I started early today and need to get some sleep. The point in collaboration isn't about Finland at all and not even about EU. It's about people doing things together and that changes the whole concept. Still we need a mission and a focus.
