channel comments should not flood your stream anymore:

If your are a member of achannel, only comments made by you, your contacts or made in threads you have commented on will be shown in your stream. Other comments can be viewed in your channels tab (and in channel of course)

Somebody comments on your qaiku:

If somebody comments on your qaiku, the comment will be shown in your stream, even if the commenter is not your contact

Subscribe to threads

When you comment something to some thread, all the comments made in that thread will be shown in your stream, even if the commenters are not your contacts

Ping!

If somebody pings you (uses @username), the qaiku/comment will be shown in your stream (as well in radar), even if the pinger is not your contact.

At least those things above should work now :) If not, let us know. Still coming: a possibility to unsubscribe from threads you don't want to see in your stream.
