+1 to the idea (without knowing more exactly what it actually is; but a possibility to back up his/her own data from qaiku would be nice...)

Some sort of data exporter with couple of most common ouput formats would be nice indeed. Don't know if there's actual need for that though :)

@jal something like that. @mtarvainen, I'd save the stuff to DB. If I'd take a stab on it, probably would try PHP+MySQL. Unless you can come up with better options... ;) Adobe AIR seems popular today. No promises though, I've got more important stuff at hand.

I've purchased a "social media backup tool" for FB. A very simple tool, but does back up some content.

net_nemein_avaudu has some code for backing up Qaiku content (everything in your stream) into a local Midgard database. It would need a bit more work to be a backup tool, though.
