Yesterday evening I found out that one of my latest purcases contained erroneus record. I've never seen anything like that before, it isn't scratch its more like dirt/smudge on record. Unfortunately it isn't just cosmetic fault, every time players needle goes over it I can hear crackle caused by that. I think it must been there since factory. I tried to wipe it off gently, even with small amount of water =) No success. Well, everything ended up well and retailer agreed to send me a mint copy.

That is strange, never occured to me. Allthough once I got a AC/DC -cd from Australia that had some shitty punk on it. Well, got it changed to a correct one later.

The punk-cd was somekind of collection of late 70's punkbands. The same kind that they sell in Anttila discount shelves. The label on the cd was AC/DC though, so it was a bad mistake at the factory. How that is possible is quite a little mystery.

Yeah actually the first ever cd i bought was U96's Das Boot and it has (i've kept it) some sort of a productionfault. There's a visible spot on the cd, and the track Sporty Animal Loving Extrovert has a weird bit that sounds way too experimental for U96. The fun thing is that the weird bit starts suddenly, lasts for maybe 35 seconds and then the track resumes sharp on the beat. That must be the best remix of the track :)

If i had a cd-drive i'd digitize for you to hear!
