Now that there are some projects spanning commmunity aims shift in focus to transform the existing cars into electric ones as many as possible as soon as possible create markets for electric vehicle (create the demand is easier as it is inmaterial)
Q: What are the key sucess factors? why it is still fun? A: The original spirit (we dont have much structure) has been stabile, is not based in anything wrtitten, respecting of others opinions that is very concrete. It proves you can build things not in strict principles if you have a clear code of conduct
Q: The non organizing issue. In last session we saw that you need to think anyway about the profit... what kind of pressures oyu ahve got to get organized? (bank account etc) A: that is a key question the community is not a legal entity but we have the back up of the Finnish electric car association thorught wich for example the fortum funding came through. 9 months to organize all paper work to get the funding (challenges on organizing the corporate and non coorporate worlds)
