OEM agreements are classified and leakers are punished with license revocation. But still looking for stated proof that they limit or result in blocking of selling other OS's in preinstalled computers.

Possible hit on the OEM pricing stranglehold. The contract itself is still behind authentication.

Per-system licensing regardless of OS and veiled threats about selling something else than MS OEM software in the majority of machines. Still going on in Vista era.

There's a store in Finland to buy computers without Microsoft-tax. The small selection indicates abuse of OEM-discounts to prevent competing operating systems from getting sold to customers alongside computers installed with windows:
