Finally the servers run correctly at my place, I had missed a small but important detail in the switch conf and debugging that took a while

Now the firewall (still at old office) does some NAT magic to make sure those that do not have their DNS yet updated can connect using the old IPs

And the important detail was that I had forgotten to set the default VLAN id on the ports for the servers so return packets got tagged with wrong VLAN and it kind of went downhill from there...
