Access controlThe entrance of your organisation's Qaiku is well protected. We use strong SHA256 coding for the passwords in Qaiku system, so nobody (not even us) can read them. Your organisation may decide who may enter and the rest of the people stay out. |

VPN access only?Organisation's administrators can restrict access to organisation's Qaiku to a desired range of IP addresses. In other words, the network behaves like it would be inside your organizations firewall. |

SSLAll data between your computer and Qaiku server is transfered using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is a cryptographic protocol that provides secure communication over internet. So you don't need to worry about your data getting lost when it travels through the web. |

Data is yoursAll data and content shared and created within the organisation is owned by the organisation. Qaiku does not own any rights to data. This is quite obvious but we just wanted to say it out loud. |

Current employees onlyAny member of the organisation's Qaiku can be removed by administrators at any time. Qaiku provides two alternative ways of deletion. Hard delete removes the member and all the data he/she has created. Soft delete removes only the member's access rights. |
